Individual coaching is focused on helping define what your goals are and how to achieve them. I work to help you be able to see a clear path to your goal and teach you the mental skills needed to reach that goal.
I can work with groups to increase group cohesion, provide topic based workshops, and conduct team problem solving sessions.
